Certified organic. The Corisca Albariño is straw-yellow with greenish edges. The nose highlights the openness and aromatic cleanliness of the grape varietal with rich nuances of hay and white fruit, and a mineral background. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness; it's balanced and full of orchard fruit, with a long and fresh finish.
Bodegas Corisca are pioneers in the recovery of organic farming practices in the Rias Baixas Denomination of Origin, and in the care and conservation of its own eco-terroir.
The two main plots are located in the Miño River valley, surrounded by mountains and forests, which protect the wines from excessive winds and external pollution. All work is done manually. Corisca's endeavor is to reestablish microbiological life in the surface layer of the soil, supporting the health of the land.
