INGREDIENTS

A little bit sweet, and a little bit bitter. Perfect before dinner and always stirred over shaken. Mix equal parts Gin, Bitter Herbal Liqueur and Sweet Vermouth. Stir with ice, strain over a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with an orange peel.

1 ounce gin

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce sweet vermouth

Garnish: orange peel
