Due to its freshness and elegance, the Casa do Valle Vinhos Verdes is particularly pleasant in relaxing and informal environments, as well as with sushi, grilled fish, assorted seafood, especially clams. Very good salads, white meats, as well as Italian, Indian or Chinese cuisine.

It should be consumed between 8 and 10º C. up to 3 years, preferably young.

Aroma: Delicate floral, very citrusy with hints of tangerine

Palate: good presence in the mouth, with moderate acidity, soft and elegant.

Final Tasting: Elegant, persistent and appealing
