Itami Onigoroshi Sake is a refined sake inspired by Itami, the historical birthplace of sake with centuries of brewing tradition. It is pleasantly aromatic, light, and ultra-dry.

Milled to 70%, Onigoroshi Sake is mellow, with citrus overtones and an exceedingly dry finish.

Best served chilled or at room temperature.
