Red fruits and pomegranate. Intense and easy to identify with the Sangiovese grape. A fresh and dynamic entry, with a good and delicate persistence. This is a joyful wine to share around a table or picnic blanket, a fresh wine to make you feel good.
Harvest is manual, with a selection of the best bunches. The grapes are destemmed and then undergo traditional fermentation maceration on the skins with its own yeasts for about 15 days. Soft pressing for a delicate and intense extraction of aromas and structure. The wine matures for 3 months on natural enzymes. Decanting and aging in concrete tanks for at least 10 months to ensure natural clarification, stability and natural evolution of the body. A minimum of 6 months in bottle before release.
