Bele Casel's Asolo Prosecco Superiore is light, with a soft fizziness with persistent bubbles. Aromas are fresh with notes of golden apple and grapefruit. The palate is elegant and well balanced. Pair with appetizers and fish dishes.

Aging in stainless steel for at least 5 months. No filtration, nor sulphites added.
