This Passe-tout-grains is a chillable red that undergoes whole cluster carbonic maceration. It is a fresh and crunchy red wine with notes of blackberry and wild roses. A fantastic table wine, this is guaranteed to disappear before dessert! Think Beaujolais with California sunshine.

A blend of Pinot noir from Santa Cruz Mountains (Lester/Deer Park Ranch) and Gamay noir from Napa Carneros (Nights in White Satin Vineyard). It’s a rather unconventional blend in California, but, traditionally, Pinot noir and Gamay noir have been blended in Burgundy to create a vin de table.
