Spécial Club is a unique champagne that is only made in exceptional years. Each Spécial Club champagne is brought before an expert tasting panel, composed of oenologists and champagne growers, on two occasions. The first of these tasting tests is to approve the still base wine (vin clair) and the second to approve the champagne for the 'Spécial Club' label.

Appearance: Golden yellow with fine and delicate bubbles.
Nose: Richly aromatic and beautifully fresh.
Palate: Notes of citrus and Granny Smith apple.

A full-bodied champagne with good balance and persistent freshness.

The Paul Bara vineyards are in Bouzy. This is one of the premier areas for the cultivation of Pinot Noir in Champagne and all parcels here have Grand Cru status.
