Samuel Delafont's Viognier has rich aromas of white fruits, hazelnuts, and dried apricots. This round wine is balanced with a fresh and long finish.

Harvested in the night or early morning, the grapes undergo direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation. They then age for 11 months in stainless steel barrels.

Excellent enjoyed with white meat, fish, seafood, and salads.
