An elegant wine, it contains fresh mineral undertones that recall its proximity to the Adriatic sea. Light golden yellow color with pale green tones characterize this lovely Verdicchio. Its bouquet recalls white flowers, sage, and anisette, and in vintages from particularly sunny years, mature fruits such as peach and apricot. The taste is fresh and full-bodied.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C. Classico is an elegant wine produced on a single vineyard in the historical region of Jesi, Castelplanio. The coastal area near Jesi is perfectly suited to wine production, with its pebbly fossils in the terrain soil and maritime climate. In fact, this zone within the Esino River valley is considered one of the premier wine producing areas in Italy today.
