Vichingo "skin contact orange wine" comes from the little certified organic estate/winery of Anna Maria Cruciata in Maremma. Hand-harvested, foot-tread, native yeast, on the skins for a week, no sulfites, fining, or filtering. Salty, sagey with quince-like orchard fruit.
