Golan Heights Winery, Pinot Gris "Yarden" Galilee, Israel 2021 KOSHER FOR PASSOVER

Yarden Pinot Gris was produced entirely from Pinot Gris grapes grown in two vineyards located in the high elevations of the northern Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude prove ideal for this classic variety made famous in the Alsace region of France and northeastern Italy where the varity is known as Pinot Grigio.
